I’m looking at mouthguards to buy for the spring and I’ve narrowed it down to two that I think will do a good job. I was just wondering if anybody has ever used the Strapped Gold OPROshield or Shock Doctor DNA Nano mouth guards and what you think/thought about them. How easy is it to breath and talk with them in and do you think they are effective at doing their job?
