I have a Shock Doctor Gel Max with Lip Guard. It’s a very nice mouth guard and I want to keep it in the best shape possible. I want to keep it clean, but I don’t know the best way to do that. I’m afraid if I try to clean it, I will mess up the gel. And should I get a case to help keep it clean? Will the lip guard portion fit inside of a case, since it doesn’t come off?
