my mom is tired of our lil dog barking(he’s 5 months) and bought him a shock coller, today it came…and we just tried it out and the dog barked and he gave the loudest saddest yelp ive evr heard..is this mean? help!…to be exact it’s a doctors foster and smith static coller!
