Support group helps special needs children
PARKERSBURG – About a dozen parents gathered Tuesday evening at Gospel Mission Church for the first meeting of the All For One support and play group for children with special needs. Debbie LaPan, support group organizer, said there was a need in the Mid-Ohio Valley for a place where parents could come to get information and resources and share stories about their children.
